Maybe that shopping trip took longer than you planned and the kids are hungry NOW, or maybe you just want to find something new to do on a Sunday afternoon. If you live in one of the implemented metropolitan areas, Mom Maps ($3) for the iPhone lets you find kid-friendly restaurants, museums, parks, playgrounds and more that have all been hand selected, and often reviewed, by real parents. Using the iPhone’s built in GPS, the results closest to you display automatically, and so does a map so you can see exactly where you’re going.
